F.A.Q.
How should I store my Panettone once it arrives?
Our Panettone is crafted to be enjoyed slowly, over moments of celebration. Keep it in a cool, dry place at room temperature (18–20°C), away from direct sunlight or heat. Please avoid refrigeration, as it may affect its delicate texture and aroma.
How long does the Panettone remain fresh?
Each Panettone is handmade with the utmost care and naturally leavened for several days. It retains its freshness and fragrance for up to 30 days when sealed in its original packaging and a plastic bag, closed tightly.Once opened, we suggest enjoying it within 5–7 days for the perfect experience.
Can I freeze the Panettone?
We highly recommend that you do not freeze or refrigerate your artisanal Panettone. It is a fresh sourdough Panettone and we urge you to savour it as soon after its purchase as possible.
What is the proper way to cut Panettone?
Tradition suggests cutting Panettone vertically into wedges, much like a cake. Using a serrated knife, slice into 8–12 portions, depending on your gathering. Each slice should reveal its airy texture and jewel-like candied fruits. Attention: Do not remove the paper case of the Panettone before cutting. It should be removed after the slices are cut.
Is Panettone best enjoyed warm or at room temperature?
Our Panettone is exquisite at room temperature, where its aromas unfold naturally. For a more indulgent experience, gently warm it in the oven at 100°C for a few minutes before serving. Let us know how that experience was!
