It all began in September 2020 with a crazy, delicious idea: to bake a handmade Panettone and bring it straight to your doorstep for Christmas. What started as a small kitchen experiment, driven by passion and a pinch of daring, soon sold out and MyPanettone was born.
Today, that spark has grown into a vibrant dessert studio in Pagkrati, where we create more than just Panettone. We craft moments of joy and surprise, year-round, with signature desserts made just for you.

The faces behind
Antonis: The Creative Baker
My journey began at 14 in my family’s bakery, learning the craft through hard work and study. Mentors inspired my love for pastry and chocolate.

In August 2020, a close friend’s idea to bake and deliver homemade Panettone seemed crazy at first, but with Anna’s encouragement, I gave it a go. Now, in Pagkrati, we bake Panettone all year, delivering it with care and passion.

My passion is driven by curiosity and experimentation, I love creating new shapes, textures, and flavours.
I’m proud and excited to share my Conceptual Desserts and Panettone with you!

Anna: The Heart Behind the Vision
My day job is consulting, helping people grow and embrace change with confidence. Still, while growing up in kitchens, I developed a love for food, drink, and wellness.
Right from day one, I believed in MyPanettone project and supported its success. Today, our studio offers Panettone all year long and many delicious desserts.
I’m passionate about food, wine and wellness as keys to a happy life.
