Store your galaktoboureko kataifi in a cool, dry place at room temperature, ideally max 20°C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
For the best flavor and texture, consume within next few days.
If you refrigerate, take the galaktoboureko out of the fridge at least 30 - 50 min before.
